» Initial registration request.

» To register copyright in Costa Rica, Megamarks, S.A requires a Power Of Attorney (POA) granted by the owner.

» Documents of assignment of right, in case the request is filed by a third party.

» Sworn declaration of authorship. (Affidavit)
